Don't be so stressed: Interesting that you mentioned nothing about pain. Some swelling may be acceptable at this point, but the redness and associated warmth may need to be looked into. Suggest you have the foot evaluated soon to quantify objectively, the degree of heat and redness. Sometimes stress fractures can seem more healed than they really are. This tends to make one not be as strict in following through.
