Sensitivity: Your skin may be extra sensitive to the sanitizer, or perhaps you are using it too often? Washing hands often with soap & water can be very effective for disease prevention, with just occasional use of the hand sanitizer. A good moisturizer with aloe might help the flakiness/dryness
