Stained finger: Hi NMejia, the first question to ask is "are you a smoker?" Stained fingers are quite common from holding cigarettes. If you are then this most likely. Other possibilities include callous formation, chemical exposure (cleaning products in particular can be harsh to the skin, certain metals, skin conditions( fungal infections, psoriasis, etc) and nodules.
