Testicular soreness: Check the testicles and see if they are swollen. Groin pain could be the lymph nodes are inflammed due to an infection. The epididymis may have an infection causing the soreness. Check with your urologist or family doctor.

Groin pain : More information is needed, which is best done with a physical examination. This can be several things, these come to mind: a hernia, infection, or enlarged scrotal veins.
