Treatment: There are several potential causes for rhinitis. In this case, high IgE is suggestive of allergy to environmental triggers (but in no way clearly diagnostic). More information is needed in order to suggest a specific strategy (eg allergy shots or immunotherapy), but no matter the cause; rest assured that we have options.
