Just watch: Elevated IgE level of 200 is most likely not worrisome. This can occur in any type of allergy, especially in a child with eczema (atopic dermatitis), asthma or seasonal allergies. If test for parasites all negative, I would just watch it, maybe repeat level in one year from now. 200 is not that high.
