An allergy test was part of my cbc, it showed dermatophagoides pteronyssinus (d1) ige at 4.48 and dermatophagoides farinae (d2) ige 9.48... i also see my immunoglobuline e was high.. 121 - lab showed it should be 114 or under to be normal.. concern?

The dermatophagoides are dust mites (2 different types) and this is a common allergy. Your IgE levels are high because you have allergies. If you are symptomatic of these dust mites, you can see an allergist for treatment. Good luck to you!

My CBC test came with all normal numbers. 3 were off the range: MCH-31.2 ( lab high -31.0) MCHC-31.7(lab low -32.0) MPV-12.2 ( lab high-12.0) Just for info: HGB-14.9; HCT-47; PLT-241; Should I be concern? Thanks!?
