Custom orthotics : Without knowing your needs as far as orthotics I am assuming that your orthotics are custom-made. Most orthotics allow you to wear just about any shoe you wish. So see a podiatrist and talk to The doctor about a custom-made orthotic. There are some limitations but minimal
