Easy fix: if your shoe has a tongue under laces, utilize a felt pad underneath to force your foot down. Or heel savers purchased in a drug store. Otherwise, see a podiatrist who can help you.

Shoes slip: Sometimes the shoes need to be modified . You can get advice on who does that , usually , from your podiatrist or research shoe repair in the phone book ( !) - ok I was kidding - use a computer .
