Itchy?: I guess the underlying question is why do you keep touching your face? is the eczema itchy or painful? Or is it a habit. For dry flaky patches, lubricants such as aquaphor are very useful. Topical antihistamines can also help. Both of these will relieve the need to scratch at your face. If it is a habit, try wearing gloves (any kind) to remind you not to touch your face.
