It could: You can have more of a contact dermatitis, which is a slightly different kind of allergy, to any medication. If the eczema was on beforehand, then it's probably different, but if you stop the duac, and it clears, then comes back when you resume, it's the duac. Vaseline and Hydrocortisone will usually help this, but contact your doc if it doesn't clear up quickly.
