Eczema not a matter : Eczema is not a matter of additional cleansing as dirt or lack of good hygiene not the cause. Frequently allergy related you should start with primary care and if not comfortable treating then good dermatologist.

Eczema: It would be important for you to see a dermatologist. It is unusual to get eczema on your face so it should be thoroughly investigated. If it is eczema you would not want to wash it very often and treat it with topical corticosteroids or other topical immunosuppressant and emollients such as aquaphor healing ointment.
