Start simple: Feeling off balance, or dizzy can be caused by something as simple as dehydration. Start simple. Make sure you are drinking 5-8 glasses of water per day. It might also help to drink an occasional electrolyte solution, in case your electrolytes are off. Get a little exercise and make sure you are sleeping well. If all these are met and your condition worsens, talk to a Dr who can do a physical exam
