A member asked:

Why is it important to have a balance diet?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Balance: You need to get a variety of vitamins, Amino Acids and micronutrients. If your diet is heavy on one type of food as opposed to another, you might end up not getting all you need. You might end up overloading with salt or fat.
