Imbalance: Difficult to tell since you have not provided much information; however, based on the medications you've listed as diuretics and anxiolytic, it may be related to your HTN, Anxiety disorder or side effect of your medications. I recommend you consult your doctor about your concerns and have your BP checked or medications adjusted.
