Gingivitis: Possibly periodontitis. Bleeding and associated inflammation can be caused by bacterial deposits (calculus) which is stuck to your teeth and needs to be removed by a dentist. Failure to do so can result in bone loss and loss of your teeth. Please call for an appointment.

Gum disease: Need professional care. Bleeding and swelling are signs that your gums are infected. When addressed early gum disease is reversible. If put off, bone and gum loss becomes irreversible. Please see your Dentist for examination and professional cleaning to remove the accretions that you can't reach. Depending on severity referral to a specialist Periodontist may be in order. Please see Dentist now.
