More information : I’m sorry to say with the information provided I don’t really have a definitive answer. There are not a lot of anatomical structures in that side of the calcaneal bone. Now you could have discomfort on the cuboid calcaneal joint that’s different. That would require more information. No swelling or discoloration? Any difficulty walking?
