Did: You have an XR? If you did you doctor will be able to tell if you have pneumonia or not and if you do it is easily treated with antibiotics.

Ideally a physician takes a thorough history, performs a careful physical examination and orders appropriate tests in order to make a diagnosis. Testing includes chest X-Ray, EKG, treadmill stress test and either an upper gi series or gastroscopy performed by a gastroenterologist. Discuss this with your primary carephysician
