I had sex 4 weeks and 6 days ago can i be sure on the results if negative? my doctor said 3 weeks after sex should give an accurate reading. my cycle can vary from 30 to 35 days.

Irregular timing: of ovulation, is most likely the reason, delayed or absent ovulation will cause you to be late. Pregnancy sounds very unlikely. See your doctor for testing and treatment, to correct ovulation issues. This could be from PCOS, thyroid isssues, or hormone medications.
