Hello doctor, i take hiv 4th gen duo cmia tests at 5 weeks and 6weeks its came negative, these test was accuracy? last 20 days i have blocked nose(not heavy cold) but my result is negative, should i take another test?

Your test results are conclusive, and negative HIV tests ALWAYS overrule any and all symptoms. Anyway, HIV doesn't cause nasal congestion.
