The other day i was in the middle of talking and stopped suddenly when i had fumbled over one of my words. what could this be? now i am so anxious that i have a brain tumor. i am experiencing sinus pain suddenly with no congestion.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. if you observe additional, symptoms like, difficulty with speech, balance, sensation and especially seizure it would be prudent to see your doctor, preferably a neurologist.
