This could be : normal, but needs checked by your doctor, or the labor unit at the closest hospital. This could be postpartum infection, a very serious and dangerous condition. Blood and urine testing, along with imaging studies are needed. Other details needed, temperature, any bowel movements, and urinating?

See a Dr: Vomiting a week after c section could be due to many things. Some not serious (virus, medication), others much more serious (Intestinal blockage/ twisting, brain pressure, heart problems, infection) You should call your OB Dr to discuss these symptoms and be seen for a thorough exam.
