Stomach: Stomach pain with the description you mentioned could come from ulcers. Ulcers could cause mild bleeding. Blood irritates stomach and could predispose vomiting. This is one of many differential diagnosis. Avoid spicy foods, drink a lot of water, avoid highly condimented food. PPI trial could also help. (Proton pump inhibitors)
