My 6year old has been vomiting with diarea all day yesterday and last night, she can't keep anything down, every time she drinks water it just comes back up,she's complaining of her stomach burning now. i got gravel for her yesterday bit its not helping,

While this may be a simple gastroenteritis she is a risk for dehydration if it persists. Stick to bland diet, plenty of fluids, and seek medical attention if worsens with fever or continued symptoms over the next 12-24 hrs.

A 6 year old with nausea and vomiting who hasn't kept anything down for 24 hours needs to be seen ASAP because of the risk of dehydration. Hope she feels better fast.
