Dehydration : While this may be a simple gastroenteritis she is a risk for dehydration if it persists. Stick to bland diet, plenty of fluids, and seek medical attention if worsens with fever or continued symptoms over the next 12-24 hrs.

Needs to be seen: A 6 year old with nausea and vomiting who hasn't kept anything down for 24 hours needs to be seen ASAP because of the risk of dehydration. Hope she feels better fast.
