I'm not pregnant. the hormonal birth control pill was prescribed by my doctor to regulate my hormones. so i dont know if this is an after effect.. the blood comes out very little but once i take anything that contains sugar it is pushed out.

BCP can help,: getting checked for insulin resistance/polycystic ovarian syndrome, may also be helpful. Sugar throws the hormones further out of balance.
