Is this a good time to arrange a throat culture? i have been having an irritable throat which is productive when i clear it but no fever or cough for over 6 weeks. i have not taken any medication for it as i have not been able to access a physician

Post nasal drip: You might just have postnasal drip, perhaps from allergies. Unless there is a greenish or a brownish discharge from your nose or what you call out of your throat, I would not get a culture. But a HealthTap doctor can give you medication to give you relief
