A member asked:

I have been smoking for over 10 years and decided to quit successfully 2 months ago with no cravings of cigarettes. i however still have chest pains 2 months later when i take a deep breath in and out, is it normal?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Chest pain : Often after stop smoking, a patient temporarily has extra mucus which is a response to clean the lungs. Chest pain needs to evaluated by a doctor
