My bmi is 47. i've noticed that some days my resting heart rate can be 61. others 65 upwards. also when resting my heart rate fluctuates sometimes into 70's. is this something to worry about?

BMI: Your BMI is the main problem. If correct it is in the morbid obesity range and that is the main problem. Heart rate is OK, but your heart is overworked at this body size. Talk to your doc about what to do next.

Agree with Dr. P: It is imperative that you lose weight. Talk to your doctor about diet and exercise. You may join a support group like Weight Watchers.
