I have rash on both my hands, just the inside part of it. i have used cortisone 1% otc product but it is still prevalent. it is non-itch. any thoughts?

Rashes: Have to be evaluated clinically in the context of comorbidities and current medication. While they affect skin, many times they appear in the context of systemic diseases and not connecting them properly will result in missing or postponing the true diagnosis. Talk to your doc who has the best view on your overall medical situation about your rash.
