My 3 year old son has been congested for about 3 weeks now. i've used iliadin drops for children and it never worked. he seems fine however, its just the bloked nose that concerns me but doesn't seem to bother him. it gets worse at night. any advice?

Nasal saline: Nasal saline and a cool air mist humidifier may relieve symptoms. Monitor his temperature and please follow up with your PCP. He may have a sinus infection due to the prolonged nature of his illness. Avoid dust, smoke and other irritants which can inflame the lining of the nose and respiratory tract.
