Lifestyle changes: Hi, what you eat matters the most as well as regular exercise. Cook with avocado or olive oil instead of vegetable oils. Eat foods with healthier sources of fat(Avocados/nuts/fish etc). Less processed/fast/fried/high carb/sugary foods. More veges, less red meat. Reduce alcohol/tobacco. These are some of many good habits to have for life. So pick one/few and work towards a healthy lifestyle.
