I did a full std panel 4.5 months after exposure and hiv was neg. 4th gen w/reflex was used n according to docs im conclusive. why do i continue to have what feels like nerve pain/aches and random pimples coming and going?

Diagnosis needed: Your symptoms will need a proper diagnosis as they are not related to HIV or STD’s as it sounds. Would suggest staying with 1 doc (your PCP) so that any further work up and possible treatment trials are managed in a logical manner with unaffected continuity of care.

Aches: Recurrent skin infections and nerve aches would be related secondary to problems that are more likely systemic. Thyroid possible, diabetes, or electrolyte disturbance. Perhaps and enviromental factor such as EMF exposure.
