Not healthy: It is normal to feel anxiety due to this time and all the conditions that accompain it, but you must do variety of activities to proper focus all that in something more productive try taking a online course on something you have interest on, also improve your dietaey habits, fast food can be a very dangerous foe in this kind of crisis

Time of a pandemic: Many people are feeling lonely, bored, anxious and unhappy right now. I can't tell you if you have a clinical depression or not from this info. But, be active. Stay in touch with others (text, email, phone call, skype, mail, etc.). Eat healthyfully. Exercise even if in doors at your home. Use your time productively and creatively.
