I don't know if i have a lump or if it's just muscle. when i rotate my wrist on each arm i have like a bum that moves up and down. i'm sure it's muscle. my only worry is that my dominant hand has more muscle and is generally bigger in size. ?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. However if both sides are similar, it is unlikely to be an abnormal lump. If the lump on either size increase in size by 50% or so, see a doctor. Wish you good health!
