Size of the palm?: And with pain, no strength in the arm and also with possible bulging veins. If these is indeed there as you wrote, go see a physician today. He /she has to reconfirm what you just wrote and if indeed accurate blood test, bone marrow, biopsy etc. Etc. Will have to be done to make a correct diagnosis. Do not delay!
