I found a lump on my neck today it is about the size of the palm of my hand, my rt arm has been hurting, my veins ache, no strength in my hand ?

Need to see your MD: Lump of that size need urgent attention , and investigation including biopsy.

Size of the palm?: And with pain, no strength in the arm and also with possible bulging veins. If these is indeed there as you wrote, go see a physician today. He /she has to reconfirm what you just wrote and if indeed accurate blood test, bone marrow, biopsy etc. Etc. Will have to be done to make a correct diagnosis. Do not delay!
