Hi, my 19 month old son burnt with hot tea about 8 months ago. i now notice allot of pimples appearing on the scar on his arm and hand. what can i do and should i consult a pediatrician or the surgeon that treated his wound or dermatologist. plz adv?

See a derm: Pediatrician would be a good first start, but a dermatologist can tell you what type of skin eruption you have and how to treat it. A surgeon would not necessarily be of much help here, a burn specialist might also be of help
