I starting correctional officer academy in week there is a physical agility test will brisk walking build up my wind just as much as jogging ? can brisk walking get you in just as much shape as jogging ?

Graduated exercise: A week may not be sufficient time to build up exercise tolerance. Have brisk walks for a couple of days and then try jogging at a pace you can tolerate. Moderate intensity exercise for 30 minutes/day is needed for optimal health benefit. Wish you good health!
