Check...: I don't have all your medical information in order to give you a reliable answer in your case, like for example your age, history of any illnesses, tobacco use, etc. My advise would be to see your doctor and get a physical exam and formal evaluation in order to determine what type of exercise is right for you. This could be just deconditioning but depending on your history could be something else.
