Yes: I think that it is advisable for patients with conditions such as asthma to receive a yearly flu shot. Asthmatic patients are prone to develop more serious complications as a result of influenza infection.

Some data: Preliminary data from the US find asthma is not a common feature of those most affected by the coronavirus. It was an unexpected finding, but we are still learning about the disease. Asthma patients are still more at risk of flu related lung problems & need a flu shot yearly.
