Your doc: Most offices are currently performing telemedicine assessments and your doc or one of his or her partners would be best to address your issue. They will also have access to your past medical history and be able to follow appropriately for complications in case they happen. Continuity of care is critical for such conditions to allow for best outcome.

Call your doc: Phone eval or better, telemedicine could be helpful,in this case ! Also,discuss getting a vaccination once this has cleared to prevent more reoccurrences Good luck
