I had shingles in 2009 and now i have hfmd. should i be concerned? other than these two viruses and the norovirus i have not been sick. i find it odd these crazy things happen to me.

I wouldn't worry: Stuff happens. Shingles can occur at any age from childhood to the end of life.There is more than one strain of virus that produces HFM syndrome and I see it in both kids and their parents occasionally. If you were developing a real problem with immunity, you would be sicker more often.
