Hi my name is lorena i've got allergy from pollen every year and i did not get a flu shot.now i let became worst .i just visit 9days ago with a teledoc and mantalukset meds does not work. it only get my phlegm hard. pls help.my nose is blocked every?

Allergy treatment: Please stay indoors, rinse eyes and nasal passages with saline. Avoid dust, mold, pet dander and smoke. Take an over the counter antihistamine daily until your symptoms resolve and/or discussion with your PCP. Montelukast is an anti inflammatory agent which may help to control nasal symptoms. Complete treatment: Allergies can cause nasal congestion, runny nose, asthma and skin problems. For blocked nose, use a saline nasal wash 1-2 times a day (netipot) and a decongestant (sudafed). If these don't provide complete results, try a nasal spray (oxymetazoline) for 1-2 days only. To prevent allergies, you can use an antihistamine daily such as claritin, zyrtec, benadryl.
