After i have taken my flu shot last year and that i am quite getting older now lately i have stuffy nose pretty much everyday? is there anything i can do to take something for allergies since i am blowing my nose everyday?

Allergies: It does sound that you may have an allergic rhinitis or sinusitis. There are many OTC drugs, such as claritine or cetirizine along with nasal inhalers that can be tried in these circumstances. I would still suggest a visit with your doc in order to have an exam and secure a diagnosis as alternate conditions or better approaches are possible.
