I received the flu shot a couple months ago but now im sick with an runny clogged nose, a constant cough along with spitting up phlegm, is it the flu?

This sounds more: Like a cold. Cold symptoms can include nasal congestion, runny nose, coughing, headache, sneezing, sore throat, watery eyes, mild fever, feeling tired ; watery eyes.
