Molds?: I assume that you live in the Northeast and for that area, ragweed is likely the cause. On the other hand, pollen count reflects only the exposure within a short distance from the counting station and thus may not actually reflect your own exposure. Other possibilities- Mold counts are also high in the fall (b) you may have become allergic to new allergens.
