Pregnancy COVID: We do not currently know if pregnant people have a greater chance of getting sick from COVID-19 than the general public. Based on available information, pregnant women seem to have the same risk as adults who are not pregnant. Pregnant women have had a higher risk of severe illness when infected with viruses from the same family of viruses.

Best plan: is to avoid exposure, wash hands, don't touch face, eye, mouth. Supplements could help, thou unproven, also could give a false sense of security. If infected higher risk for severe maternal lung problems, preterm labor, and high temperature issues for the fetus.
