WOrks fine: Glucagon works just fine with allergy shots, beta blockers etc. It's only secreted, however, when you need it. Why do you think your glucagon isn't working?

Antidote: If on beta blockers and get a reaction, think of it as an antidote to the beta blocker which can prolong the reaction, and make it worse.
