What are the symptoms of covid-19 in babies and young children?

Few if any: Estimates of children with no symptoms range from 10-50%. Those that do usually have a cough & runny nose with or without fever. If infected they can pass it around from a day or so before to 10-14 days after symptoms appear.Those becoming symptomatic would usually do so by day 3.
