Treatment: If you are on treatment for TB, your health should be closely followed by a TB clinic in your area. Your right sided pain may have several causes, including muscular pain, renal disease and appendicitis. Drink fluids, rest, monitor your temperature and please have urinalysis performed by your clinic.
