The chest x ray should be compared to the x ray obtained prior to treatment. The findings may indicate.lack of resolution of the infection, especially given that you still have a cough. An AFB stain and culture are recommended and please provide further details regarding treatment and whether your cough has improved. It is important to adequately treat the TB infection and to address resistance.
